# Gemhaus

Designed Gemhaus end to end, a fractional real-estate investment app where users buy a slice of a home and track rent, portfolio performance, and expenses.

## Overview

Gemhaus wants to make investing in real estate as easy and straightforward as investing in stocks. With their app, users can buy parts of a home and receive a proportional share of the rent each month based on their investment. They can track portfolio performance, expenses, and earnings. I designed the whole product from 0 to 1, from buying a slice of a home through to seeing rent land in the portfolio.
